PLASTIFORM study, design, manufacture and sale custom-designed thermoforming solutions for the industry, for the production of packaging and technical parts. We master the technology of vacuumforming, pressure forming and twin-sheet thermoforming, ensure the development and manufacture of associated forming and cutting tools, and offer finishing operations, such as machining, gluing, painting... Specialist in the thermoforming of technical polymers, PLASTIFORM develops plastronic solutions in IME, and via its exclusive Plastitronic® process it ensures the integration of electronic functions directly onto plastic parts. Expert in the shaping of high-performance polymers (PEI, PPSU, PEEK, PEKK, PTFE) from 100µ to 6mm, it ensures the manufacturing of packaging or technical parts featuring unprecedented properties of resistance to heat, fire, oils and chemical agents.
